POLICIES

Payment & Shipping:
 

All orders take about a week to be processed before being shipped (please remember we are both full-time college students). All orders are shipped by USPS and will take about 5-7 business days. Shipping fees, as well as taxes, will be added at the end of your purchase at checkout. 

 

2 Boujee Co. is not responsible for ANY lost items. If your check your tracking number and the package says it’s delivered, but you have not received it, you will have to take this issue up with the United States Postal Service. 

 

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the payment of shipping fees again. 

Pre-Orders: 
 

Processing Time: 3-4 weeks

Shipping Time: 1-5 days

Pick Up Orders:

Please wait for an email notification & text message before picking up your order. Please respond quickly to emails or texts through the Wix app. To receive your order you must have your order confirmation and ID. Store Hours are Mon. - Fri. 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Sat. & Sun. 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Our store hours may be subject to change due to our college workload.  

Receiving Tracking Number:

Once your payment has been made and received, and your items have been shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number based on the email provided at checkout.

All orders are processed between 1-14 business days (holidays not included) after your order was placed.

NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
